Agreement and operator

By accessing or using Calicen, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is operated by Calicen Life LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service.

Age and authority

Public educational material has no general viewing-age restriction. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian should review health, fasting, exercise, account, community, and purchase decisions with you. Children under 13 may not create an account or submit personal information without a verified parental-consent process approved by Calicen.

Education, not medical care

Calicen provides general education, tracking tools, lifestyle guidance, recipes, exercise information, protocol organization, and dietary supplements. It does not provide medical care and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Calculator outputs and statistical comparisons are estimates, not diagnoses or prescriptions.

You remain responsible for deciding whether any protocol element is appropriate for you and for obtaining qualified professional advice when needed.

Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not access another person's account or use automated means to disrupt, scrape, or overload Calicen.
• Calicen may suspend or terminate access to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

User content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit. For content you publish or submit for publication, you grant Calicen Life LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, communicate, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, edit, translate, reformat, combine, excerpt, create derivative works from, promote, market, commercialize, and otherwise exploit that content in any media or technology, now known or later developed, for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to grant this license and that the content does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights. The license for validly published content does not automatically end when content or an account is deleted.

Moderation

Calicen may review, edit, translate, reformat, reject, restrict, unpublish, or remove user content at any time. Calicen is not required to publish submitted content or to preserve a draft indefinitely. Moderation does not transfer responsibility for the content from its contributor to Calicen.

Products, orders, and payments

Shopify is the commercial platform used to perform sales, carts, orders, and payment processing. Calicen Life LLC is responsible for Calicen product support, shipping, returns, and refunds. Prices, availability, taxes, shipping estimates, and product descriptions may change before an order is accepted.

Calicen may cancel or limit an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, legal restrictions, safety concerns, or inability to fulfill. Product labels and order-specific instructions control where they conflict with general website summaries.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Calicen unlawfully, deceptively, commercially exploitatively, or to harm another person.
• Do not upload malicious code, infringing material, private information without permission, dangerous instructions, or misleading medical claims.
• Do not imply that Calicen endorses your content, credentials, health claims, or products without written permission.

Calicen intellectual property

Except for user content and identified third-party material, Calicen's branding, protocol presentation, software, design, text, graphics, compilations, and original media belong to Calicen Life LLC or its licensors. These Terms permit personal use of the service; they do not transfer ownership or permit republication of protected Calicen material.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calicen is provided “as is” and “as available.” Calicen does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, a particular health outcome, product suitability for every person, or that community content is accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calicen Life LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of Calicen. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid Calicen for the affected service or product during the twelve months preceding the claim, except where law prohibits that limitation.

You agree to indemnify and hold Calicen Life LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming will be the venue for disputes unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Calicen may update these Terms prospectively. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to legal@calicen.life.
