Welcome home, Centenarian
You are holding the complete system. This page is the manual beneath your bottles: what to do first, where to click, how to find today’s meals and training, and where to ask when you need a human.
Unbox → orient → begin
Do this once. You do not need to study the entire protocol before you begin.
Use the person icon in the top-right corner whenever you need account access. If you sign in from this page, Calicen will return you here.
Open the Original Protocol. In the row of colored week tabs, choose Weeks 1–2. Read the block overview before looking at Monday.
Pick an ordinary day, not a flight, celebration, or crisis. Review the first routine, get its groceries, and place the tray where you will use it.
How the website works
Every protocol block contains a Suggested Daily Routine for each weekday. It brings the entire plan together in one ordered day: when to eat, which recipe to prepare, how to train, when to take each supplement, and which mental wellbeing practice to follow. Start there each morning. Use the libraries when the routine sends you to the detailed instructions.
On a phone, tap the menu icon first. Then choose Official Calicen Protocol. This is the master map of all 17 weeks.
The tabs run left to right through the cycle. During your first two weeks, always choose Weeks 1–2. Return here when the block changes.
These panels explain the block’s nutrition, training, wellbeing, and what changed. At a transition, read these before repeating last week’s habits.
This is the practical, daily version of the protocol. Choose the weekday you are living. Its 24 hour timeline puts meals, recipes, supplements, training, work, and mental wellbeing in the order they apply today.
Begin with the next item on the timeline. Open each attached recipe, exercise, or guided practice exactly where it appears. The buttons above the timeline also collect the full week’s recipes, exercises, mental wellbeing resources, and grocery list.
Where to find what you need
Use this for the exact daily sequence and anything tied to the current phase. This is where every day should begin.
Open the recipe from your daily routine for protocol context. Use the full library to browse, search, compare, or learn preparation details.
The routine tells you which session belongs today. Open the exercise library when you need the movement demonstration or more detail.
Each bottle opens its own guide: purpose, formula, suggested use, and its place in the Calicen cycle. The label remains the final dosing reference.
The charts and block notes explain the pull-push logic, current targets, and the change from the previous block. Recheck them at every transition.
Use the literature library when you want to go beneath an instruction and inspect the scientific source material.
How to live the system
Calicen is detailed by design, but your daily interaction with it should be simple.
Open the new week tab. Read the overview, targets, changes, challenges, and tips. Then inspect the new routines.
Review the weekly recipes and grocery list. Schedule training and mental wellbeing around your real calendar. Refill the tray positions you use.
Choose the weekday, scan the 24-hour routine, and identify the next two actions. Use the rest of the website when the routine sends you there.
Look at the next day, prepare its first meal or training window, and note anything you need to ask. Progress comes from returning, not performing perfectly.
Before your first dose
A few minutes of preparation now will make your cycle easier to follow every day.
Read every bottle label. Check the ingredients against your allergies, health conditions, and medications. Note the instructions specific to each formula.
Place every bottle in its matching tray position. Keep the tray visible on your counter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Open the Weeks 1–2 grocery list and get everything you need for your first days.
Review the Day 1 routine. Match the suggested windows to your wake-up time, meals, work, exercise, and evening.
Follow the Calicen YouTube channel, then watch the Cycle Start video before you begin.
Open today’s guided resources now so they are easy to find when their moment arrives.
What to expect
You do not need to master every phase today, and you are not meant to repeat Block 1 forever.
Your first block connects the protocol with your real life. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Nutrition, fasting, training, mental wellbeing, and selected supplement timing shift with the block. Recheck the dashboard at every transition.
The water-fast turning point requires preparation, appropriate medical screening, and qualified guidance. Owning the kit is not clearance to fast.
Food, protein, training volume, recovery, and growth-focused support rise deliberately during the second half.
The routines are recommended examples for real working lives. Move the clock when necessary while protecting the block’s targets and sequence.
When you are unsure
Choose your week tab, then today’s weekday. The routine reconnects everything.
Include your current week, weekday, the instruction or product involved, and a screenshot when useful. That gives support the context to help quickly.
For symptoms, medication interactions, medical conditions, pregnancy, or extended fasting, do not solve uncertainty with a website instruction.
The protocol, lived in public
“I designed the Calicen Protocol, and I am its first follower. I share the theory and the practical reality of living my own plan: the food, training, fasting, transitions, and what I learn as the cycle changes.”Adrian’s posts document personal experience. Extended fasting requires appropriate preparation and medical guidance.
