Vegan High Protein
The re-instroduction of protein and calories is immense. First, the re-feeding must be done carefully. Later, all the changes that happen will play into the recontruction of the entire body. Microbiome, organ- and muscle-tissue will be rebuilt.
Micriobime: We had 2 weeks vegan keto which did play favorism to the microbiome. The previous week which was the water fast did kill off all weakened micriobiome parts. Now in weeks 10,11 we refeed the microbiome with Vegan High Protein and High Fiber food. This will set the state and complete the recompositioning cycle of the microbiome. Complete head-start into healthy microbiome growth, which produces the required hormones, vitamins etc for healnty living.
Refeeding: Monday morning eat 1/2 avocado with salt. If you feel alright, after 2 hours eat your first full meal. A Lentil soup (which is high protein) together with tomatoes and mushrooms. If your stomach does feel sensible, go low on quantities and eat every 3 hours a small meal like avocado with salt or some peanuts. If you feel good after your first Lentil-meal, you are good to go, follow the suggested meal-plan.
Why Vegan High Protein?
After 9 weeks of restriction, the body is sensible to protein. Any protein (high in quantity) will trigger a high stimulus for muscle and tissue growth. You body at this stage is hungry for protein and will use it all to its best benefit. The reason Vegan, is to make sure that the protein-type is the one that favors a better microbiome at the same time. So tissue and microbiome are hungry and get rebuilt.
