List of Ingredients
Edit IngredientsInstructions
- In a pan, sauté the sliced mushrooms, green onion, garlic, and walnuts in oil until the mushrooms are very soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Squeeze the lemons into a bowl; the juice will help prevent the mixture from oxidizing (darkening).
- Add the avocado pulp to the bowl and mash it with a fork until it reaches a smooth consistency, or leave it in chunks of your preferred size.
- Add the cooked mushroom mixture and stir well.
- Add salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve topped with a little fresh parsley.
*You can substitute the parsley with cilantro, or omit it entirely if you prefer.
