From week 1 to week 9 the intensity of the "purging/cleansing/deconstructing and pulling" stimulus becomes stronger. The body gets accostumed by any stimulus. That is why we start with a moderate stimulus and increase the intensity continuously to overcompensate the body's desensibilization. This until we hit maximum stimulus with a 1 week water fast in week 9. Prior to the water fast, protein restriction, calorie restriction and targeted exercising to be used to induce the purging stimulus.

Starting with week 3, we implement calorie restriction to further enhance the purging stimulus. Week 5 until 8 restricts calories even more. Until week 9 we fully restrict calories for a complete week.
